Last week, the Midea Electronics team had the invaluable opportunity to participate in an intensive two-day training at the Midea Headquarter. We joined colleagues from across the business to master the art of CrucialConversations.

In our fast-paced world, success hinges not just on what we do, but on how we communicate. This training equipped us with powerful frameworks to navigate complex discussions with clarity, respect, and effectiveness.
We dove deep into:

A key part of our learning was reviewing our past interactions—analyzing what worked, what didn’t, and organizing those experiences into actionable knowledge. We’re now armed with systematic techniques like CPR, STATE, and AMPR to approach future challenges.
The biggest takeaway? It's not about ME, it's about US. By focusing on mutual goals and shared respect, every conversation can become an opportunity to align and move forward together.
